Well she states, a friend told her that you could use her EBT card like a credit card and she went to a restaurant. Oh well, its not a debit or a credit card and the restaurant who have violated Federal rules by allowing the recipient to use the credit card.

Another women just 15 years old called and wanted to file a complaint. It appears that according to AZ Rules a unmarried minor can not get her own cash Payments but a Parent or Guardian must receive the payment. Well she was upset that her parent would not buy alcohol for her and her boy friend.
