What its not in the Constitution?

We are having a spirited debate in our town fueled by the often poorly written and even less written.

They confuse a political purpose with a constitutional right. I have a right to have a gun, but I not going to be a part of a socialist health care program. What is interesting is that these same people will demand Medicare, Social Security pensions as an entitlement. But don't give them a political option for health care and buy goodness don't give them end of life counseling. (We all know that they will have death committees, actually that type is counseling is quite popular and its called Hospice.)

Lets looked at the 10th Amendment. Most of the Power of the Federal Governement steems from this Amendment. Our lives are better because of the FDA, FCC, FAA, Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services, and a long line of other administrative agencies, including the EEOC, National Labor Relations Board.

Other Political programs is the vast interstate system Started in the 40's and finally completed when the last stretch was completed in Colorado. This was not created as a convienent way to travel but as a National Denfense Initiative.

So for those of you who do not want to be a part of this socialist country. You can call Social Security Administration and opt out of Medicare and Social Security. Yes I know that you contribute the money, however the employer contributes exactly the same amount. Oh my goodness we are forcing employers to help assist you in your retirment. OH no. You will have to pay the FIAC taxes but I am sure that Social Security administrative will welcome your contributions when they do not have pay you benefits.

For those of you who do no want to be a part of a strong federal government, go to Mexico and buy all of the unispected food, drugs, drive only on state roads which have never received state funds, Work for 90 cents a day, that is the rate of pay before the first minimun wage laws. You will give up your right to own and drive a car because drivers license and registration was first required in the 1930's.

So my well educated fellows and those who will not allow your children to hear a President of the United States encourage children to greater hights. One, grow up, two, learn about the federal governement, state governments. The three parts of the government. Read about the great depression, one of the main causes is that the President did not see a purpose is saving banks. This caused the run on banks and the FDIC was created when they saw the catstropic loss of wealth, income from this bad policy.

Remember, if you know that the Republican party was created as an ultra conservative party, against slavery and womens, do you know when it lost its way?
